Fujinon is a brand of optical lenses made by Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd, now known as Fujifilm. Fujifilm's Fujinon lenses have been used by professional photographers and broadcast stations as well as cinematography.

E. L. Daguerre mentioned, "FUJIFILM XF 35mm f/1.4 R Lens is a disaster. Not because of image quality, which is great. The lens is very sharp and the bokeh is excellent. The size and weight are perfect. The focus ring is nice and grippy. However, it has two major problems. First, it is noisy in two ways. The aperture blades chatter when you have depress the shutter (they chatter more when it's sunny). And the autofocus motor is just plain loud. So there are two sources of regular, annoying noise. This makes it very unappealing for use around people in a quiet room. Noisy lenses were common when autofocus first became popular some 30 years ago. But it is frankly surprising to have a lens of recent design be this noisy, especially in this price range. Canon and Nikon make ultra-quiet standard lenses in this price range. There is no excuse for Fuji not to do the same. Yes, I am using the latest camera firmware (for the X-T1) and the latest lens firmware. Second, there is no place to really grip the lens when removing it from the camera body. The non-moving part of the lens between the aperture ring and the focusing ring has a wiggle to it. So when gripped firmly to remove the lens, it feels like it's going to break or come loose. That doesn't seem very durable. And a minor problem is that it's too easy for the aperture ring to slip from A (Automatic) mode to f/16. That can easily ruin a photo. There should be a lock at the A setting, or at least a more friction to get past the A. This is the standard lens for the X system and should be of flagship quality. It is almost a must-have and should be a joy to use. But its problems make it a big disappointment. I would give it 5 stars for image quality, but the rest really brings it down."

"For a corporate site, its lackluster and most unimpressive. The turn around on employees is something almost compared to musical chairs. Lacks an employee lounge and the cafeteria they have there is way overpriced. No really onsite amenities to really speak off. The work mood is doldrum like and lacks energy or excitement. Also management will work you to the bone and jump on top of you if there's and emergency which they pretty much caused due to their poor planning. Cons: Everything"

Mobbingin ne olduğunu nasıl berbat bir şey olduğunu ve düzgün karakterli olmanın bazı yerlerde ne kadar da işe yaramaz bir şey olduğunu görmüş oldum. Hem de görevim "satış" vs değilken, bir eğitim sorumlusuyken bile. Cons: Mobbing, maaşlar, prim konusundaki haksızlıklar"

They don't promote within constantly hiring externally, no competitive pay at all . Trust me , do not work here. Look elsewhere. Like Intel or someone else who deals with chemicals. "Awful place to work! Awful management no help what so ever so much micromanagement with very little to almost zero help. I can not stress it enough awful management and supervisors. "Worked here during semester off from school. Where do I begin. I thought I was hired by Fuji only to find out that I was hired by an agency. The managers were remarkabley incompetent and treat their employees like animals. Because of the Christmas rush and the inefficient setup of the production floor they are constantly behind schedule and as a result blame workers for not being productive enough. I can't stress enough what a toxic environment this place was. But the incompetence of the managers is what really makes this place miserable, they will literally walk around station to station and watch workers but can't provide any assistance when an issue arises because they literally don't know what they are doing.
